Become an Expedition Leader!

Exile Game Studio wants you! Become an Expedition Leader and join the volunteer arm of this exciting game company. Help promote awareness of EGS games, chat up your fellow gamers, and run demos at conventions and local game stores. Be a part of the adventure!

To qualify:

1) You must be 18 or older
2) You must have an account on Exile’s web forums
3) You must own an Exile Game Studio game and be familiar with it
4) You must run an official game demo at local convention or game store OR have an original adventure published on the Exile Game Studio website

Running a demo:

1) Schedule and advertise the demo at least three weeks in advance
2) Request prize support from Exile Game Studio
3) Run the demo at the local convention or game store
4) Submit demo report to Exile Game Studio

Publishing an adventure:

1) Post adventure on the Exile web forums for peer review
2) Submit revised adventure to Exile Game Studio with permission to publish online
3) Have adventure accepted for publication on the Exile Game Studio website (with appropriate credit given)

Standard Rewards:

1) Receive 10 bonus Style points (a.k.a. Reputation points) on the web forums*
2) Receive “Expedition Leader” title and HEX badge on web forums
3) Access to freebies, prize support for demos, playtests, product previews, etc.

*Running additional demos or publishing more than one adventure within the same three-month period grants you additional Style points.

Veteran Rewards:

The longer you keep you Expedition Leader status the greater the rewards.

3 Months
1) HEX badge (3 months) on web forums
2) Free copy of the Hollow Earth Expedition PDF

6 months
1) HEX badge (6 months) on web forums
2) Free copy of the Hollow Earth Expedition Gamemaster Screen

9 months
1) HEX badge (9 months) on web forums
2) Free copy of the Secrets of the Surface World Sourcebook

12 months
1) HEX badge (12 months) on web forums

Status:

To maintain Expedition Leader status, you must run a demo or publish an adventure once every three months. If you have no activity during this time, you will be moved to inactive status. If you have no activity after six months, your Expedition leader status will be revoked. In addition, your status may also be revoked due to poor or inappropriate performance. Please keep in mind you are a representative of Exile Game Studio, and act accordingly.
